This is an unfortunate and rare occurrence. Occasionally a courier will tag a package as delivered before it's been physically dropped off. If you believe an order shows as being delivered but you have not yet received it, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Check your front porch, side door, back porch, garage area, bushes, and mailbox to see if the delivery driver left it in an usual spot. You can also check the tracking number on the couriers website to see if they left any details or pictures of where the package was left.
Step 2: Check with your neighbors to see if the delivery driver made a mistake and delivered it to the incorrect address. If you live in an apartment complex, check with your front office to see if it was left with them or left in a mailroom.
Step 3: Wait until the end of the day, usually after 8pm or 9pm. In some rare cases delivery drivers may accidentally mark the incorrect package as delivered and yours has yet to be delivered to your door yet. We recommend waiting until the end of the delivery day to see if it shows up.
Step 4: Contact your order's shipping provider (UPS/FedEx/OnTrac/USPS) and provide them with your tracking number. They may have more information to help you find your package or may be able to identify if it is still in their possession.
Step 5: If you've completed the steps above and are still unable to locate your package, you please contact PSD customer service for assistance. Please note that once the order is shipped and in transit, it is the couriers responsibility to deliver the order to the shipping address you provided at checkout.

If you believe your package was stolen, we recommend contacting the non-emergency number for your local law enforcement to file a police report. Additionally, we recommend changing your shipping address to a more secure location for future orders if possible.
