Why didn’t I earn points on my purchase?
There could be a few reasons you're not seeing the points you earned in your account after you place an order:
Points are not added to your account until your order is processed.
Orders normally process in 1-3 business days, but during peak sale periods like Black Friday it can take up to 6-10 days for orders to process. Once your order is processed, your points will be added to your account.
Double-check you were signed into your account and didn’t accidentally check out as a guest.
To earn points on your orders, you must be logged in when placing the order. If you have placed an order while not logged in, contact customer support and we’ll be happy to apply the points to your account.
You won’t receive points if you return your order or if your order was canceled for any reason.
Please note that any points that were earned on an order which was later returned will be deducted from your account.
Do points expire?
Yes. If points are not redeemed within one year from the date they were earned, they will expire.
Can I redeem points and use another coupon code on the same order?
No. Only one discount is allowed per order and they cannot be combined.
I input my birthday and I didn't receive my 100 points birthday reward?
If your birthday is within the next 30 days from the date of entering it, your reward will be granted in delay, up to 30 days. For example, if your birthday is June 15th and you enter it into your Rewards account on June 1st, you'll be awarded the birthday reward points on July 1st.
