PSD Rewards program members are eligible for free shipping benefits based on your tier. Here are some common tips if you’re having trouble receiving free shipping:
- Make sure you are logged in to your account when shopping.
- When logged in, confirm that your 'My Account' page lists you as being in the correct tier. If you believe it's showing the incorrect tier, please contact customer service.
- When checking out, please note that some express checkout options like Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay will not offer you your free shipping rate. Please use the regular site checkout until you select the shipping method (step 3) before navigating to an express checkout option.
- On rare occasions, you may even need to exit your session and come back to the site (your cart should still be saved) and the correct rates should populate.
